Role Overview
An SEO executive is responsible for optimizing a website to improve its visibility in search engine results, driving organic traffic and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: SEO Executives identify the most effective keywords for content and website optimization by analyzing search volume, competition, and user intent using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. This research informs content strategy and helps target the right audience at the right time.
- On-Page SEO: They optimize website elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt texts, and internal linking. Ensuring a responsive, user-friendly layout and proper keyword placement improves both search engine rankings and user experience.
- Technical SEO: SEO Executives manage backend website elements to enhance crawlability and indexing. Tasks include fixing crawl errors, improving site speed, managing redirects, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and implementing schema markup for better visibility.
- Content Collaboration: They work closely with content writers, designers, and marketers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent, engages users, and drives conversions. This includes optimizing blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Off-Page SEO and Link Building: Building high-quality backlinks and improving website authority are key responsibilities. SEO Executives evaluate link opportunities and monitor competitor strategies to strengthen the site’s credibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics, they track traffic, rankings, and other KPIs. They produce reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve SEO outcomes.
- Continuous Learning and Strategy Adjustment: SEO is dynamic, so executives must stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, adjusting strategies to maintain or improve rankings.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work: SEO Executives often coordinate with web developers, marketing teams, and digital strategists to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content and technical aspects of the website.

- Proficiency in front end development web programming languages such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JAVAscript, Bootstrap and another designing platform will be helpful

- Should have knowledge in Digital marketing and SEO
- Develop illustrations, templates for mailers and websites, and other marketing collaterals using the design software.
- Good understanding of front-end optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
